• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Lebanon or your country of residence.
• You agree not to use the Platform for any unauthorized commercial purposes, scams, or prohibited activities.

5. Account Registration and Security

• You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
• All activity under your account is your responsibility, whether authorized or not.

8. Paid Services and Transactions

10452 offers optional paid services, including promoted listings and advertising enhancements. Payments are securely processed via third-party platforms such as Google Play and the Apple App Store.

All purchases are final unless a refund is required by applicable law. We do not store credit card details or handle payment processing directly.

9. Third-Party Content and Links

The Platform may contain advertisements, links, or content from third parties. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or practices. Accessing third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of listings, or the conduct of users. You use the Platform at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Point shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

In all cases, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid to us (if any) in the six (6) months prior to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blue Point, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claim, liability, or expense arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or misuse of the service. Upon termination, your access to features, listings, and data may be revoked immediately.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut, Lebanon.

15. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
